LOEWE FALL WINTER 2026

By Sebastian Laurent | Paris Fashion Week Editor | March 2026
EDITORIAL NOTE Loewe’s Fall Winter 2026 collection brings an unexpected sense of humor and imagination to Paris Fashion Week. Under the creative direction of Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, the brand explores experimental silhouettes, marine-inspired motifs and advanced fabrication techniques.

A Playful Marine Inspiration

The central narrative of the collection revolves around marine life. Lobsters, crabs and other oceanic references appear throughout the runway in surprising forms.

From sculptural jewelry to bag charms shaped like lobster claws, the designers embraced playful symbolism that reflects both humor and artistic experimentation.

This whimsical theme was partly inspired by the works of contemporary artist Cosima von Bonin, whose playful sculptural creatures often blur the boundaries between art and everyday objects.

The Rise of Inflatable Fashion

One of the most talked-about innovations from the collection was the introduction of inflatable garments.

Coats, scarves and parkas were constructed with sealed structures that could be filled with air, creating dramatic sculptural silhouettes.

These pieces not only challenged traditional garment construction but also highlighted Loewe’s technical leather craftsmanship.

3D Printed Illusions

Another remarkable moment appeared at the very beginning of the runway.

What seemed to be a soft cotton slip dress was actually produced through 3D printing and latex casting.

The result created an optical illusion where delicate lace textures appeared rigid and glossy under the runway lights.

This approach demonstrates how digital fabrication technologies are beginning to reshape the future of fashion design.

Craftsmanship Through Texture

Despite the experimental concept, traditional craftsmanship remained an important element of the collection.

Hand-sheared wool coats, textured fringe evening dresses and layered winter fabrics added depth and richness to the lineup.

These pieces balanced the collection’s futuristic elements with Loewe’s longstanding heritage of artisanal craftsmanship.

Accessories That Steal the Spotlight

Accessories played a major role in the show.

The Amazona 180 handbag returned in larger sizes and luxurious fur-covered editions.

Meanwhile, the Flamenco clutch introduced playful lobster-claw drawstring ends that echoed the show’s central marine motif.

A New Chapter for Loewe

This Fall Winter 2026 collection marks an important evolution for Loewe under its new creative leadership.

By combining humor, artistic experimentation and technological innovation, the brand continues to redefine the boundaries of luxury fashion.

Where craftsmanship, imagination and playful innovation redefine modern luxury fashion.
