Please read this disclaimer carefully before making a purchase. Scent Lab 33 is an independent entity and has no affiliation with any designer brands mentioned.

1. Independent Production

Scent Lab 33 competes with the designer brands. It does not use their fragrances and is not associated in any way with the designer brands or their manufacturers. All trademarks are property of their respective owners. We are in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Statement of Policy Regarding Comparative Advertising.

Our fragrances are created in our own laboratories using our own unique formulas. They are intended to provide a scent character that is similar to the designer brand (inspired by) but are NOT identical.

2. Trademark & Copyright Disclaimer

Name trademarks and copyrights are properties of their respective manufacturers and/or designers. Scent Lab 33 has no affiliation with these manufacturers/designers.

The references to branded fragrances (e.g., "Inspired by Burberry Hero") are made strictly for comparison purposes. This allows the consumer to understand the scent profile, olfactory notes, and character of the product. This practice is known as "Nominative Fair Use" under trademark law.

We do not:

  • Use the original brand's logos or imagery.
  • Sell the original brand's products.
  • Claim that our product is the original brand's product.

3. Product Presentation

Our products are packaged in Scent Lab 33 branded bottles and packaging. The images shown on our website represent the actual product you will receive. We do not use misleading imagery of the original designer bottles to confuse customers.

4. No Counterfeit Policy

Scent Lab 33 strictly prohibits the sale of counterfeit goods. Our products are not "fakes" or "copies" intended to deceive. They are impressions or versions of famous scents, clearly labeled as such to ensure no confusion regarding the source or origin of the product.

5. Liability

Scent Lab 33 is not responsible for any confusion resulting from the failure of the consumer to read this disclaimer. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you understand that you are purchasing a product from Scent Lab 33, and not from the designer brand mentioned for comparison.
