Returns & Quality Guarantee

At Scent Lab 33, we pride ourselves on the quality of our "London Lab" formulations. However, we understand that things happen.

🛡️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

We offer a 100% Replacement Guarantee for damaged goods.

If your perfume arrives leaking, broken, or if you received the wrong scent, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the damage to scentlab33shop@gmail.com or via WhatsApp, and we will send a replacement immediately free of charge.

🔄 Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of perfume as a personal hygiene product, we strictly cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened, sprayed, or used.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
• You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
